Just a quick note that I’ve joined the team as SVP of Marketing. I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone and am excited to help make KickApps the best social media platform available!

On to business…our very own Mike Sommers, SVP of Products, will be speaking today at the Digital Media Conference in Silver Spring, MD, today. Mike’s panel is entitled “What’s Next in Web 2.0?” and is at 1:15pm – 1:45pm. The panel will be moderated by Ned Sherman, CEO & Publisher, Digital Media Wire. Mike will be talking about the drivers and implications of social media. Be sure to pop by and say hi if you’re attending the event.
