Edit, Delete, or Disable Message Board Posts

You can moderate message board posts from both the Affiliate Center and the message board interface.

To edit, delete, or approve message board posts from the Affiliate Center:

1. Log in to your site as the affiliate webmaster (i.e., log in with the username and password that you signed up with when you started this community).
2. Click Manage > Message Board Posts
3. You'll see links to "edit," "delete," and/or "approve".
   • Click "edit" to modify the content of a message board post.
   • Click "approve" to render the message board post on your message board.
   • Click "delete" to remove the post from the message board. You can reinstate it later by clicking the "approve" link.

To edit, delete, or disable message board posts from the message board interface:

1. Log into your site as the affiliate webmaster (i.e., log in with the username and password that you signed up with when you started this community).
2. Browse to the message board post that you wish to edit, delete, or disable.
3. You'll see links to "edit," "delete," and "disable".
   • Click "edit" to modify the content of a message board post.
   • Click "delete" to remove the post from the message board and erase it from the system. You cannot retrieve deleted message board posts.
   • Click "disable" to hide the post from your members. It will appear at the bottom of the page. You can reinstate it later by clicking the "enable" link.
