From KickApps Documentation

Jump to: navigation, search

You can use this feature to prevent abusive members from logging into your community by blocking the IP address they last logged in from. As other members may be accessing your community from the same IP address, we recommend that you use this feature sparingly and with care.

To blacklist a member’s IP address, search for the member below and click on his or her username in the search results. On the member detail page that comes up, click the "Block IP Address" button on the right.

You can also directly input an IP in the member blacklist section under Affiliate Center > Member > Member Blacklist. To unblock an IP address, click on the "unblock" link next to the IP address you want to unblock. You cannot block the IP address the webmaster last logged in from. Note: You can also block a range of IP Addresses by using an asterisk (*) as a "wildcard" (for example 122.163.114.*)
