Manage Content

From KickApps Documentation

Jump to: navigation, search

The Manage > Media section of the Affiliate Center is where you control every piece of content that members contribute to your site.

You can choose to pre-moderate the contributions of your members, or you can edit (or delete) them once they have been published.

Either way, every piece of user-generated content (from comments to blog posts to videos) is accompanied by a “flag as inappropriate” option inside the site. The site moderator is notified whenever a piece of content is flagged, and you can configure your “flag threshold” to automatically remove a piece of content once it has been flagged by a certain number of people.

By default this page will show a list of all media contributions that are pending approval, so you have quick and easy access to content that needs to be managed right away.

You can search through all of your content using a variety of sorting and filtering options after you click the "advanced search" link.

From here you can enable, disable or reject any contribution that has been made to the site. (Scroll down for info on how to edit the details of a specific piece of content that has been added to your site)
