Removing Sample Media

When you first sign up with KickApps, we automatically give you some sample videos, photos, audio tracks, and a of sample member (Matt - from Tech Support!). If you'd like to remove the sample media and members, follow these steps.

1. Log in to the Affiliate Center, then click on the "Manage Your Community" tab, then click "Media Management".
2. Since the sample media has been automatically approved, you will have to search for it. Type "sample" in the text box, uncheck every box next to "Search" except for "Tags", set "Status" to "Approved", and press the Filter button. Six sample media items will appear in the results below.
3. Click "Reject" to disable any of these items.

If you'd also like to remove the default member Matt, follow these steps:

1. In the Affiliate Center, click on the "Manage Your Community" tab, then "Member Management".
2. Type "matt" in the text box and click "search members".
3. Click "Disable matt" in the search results.
4. In the box that appears you will have to choose whether to disable the member, the member and his/her media, or neither. Make your selection, then press "Okay".
