Overview

The KIT Cloud Social platform comes with a set of analytics tools that are available from within the Affiliate Center / Control Panel, in the "Reporting" tab.

The default page is the Dashboard. Then there are detail reports in three categories:Traffic, Community and Content.

Dashboard

The Dashboard shows a trended chart which is filterable to show:

• Total Page Views
• Total Widget Impressions
• Total Member Registrations
• New Discussions
• New Groups Created
• Total Media Files Approved

Underneath this trended chart are summary metrics for the three main areas:

• Traffic
  • Total Page Views
  • Total Widget Views
• Community
  • New Registrations
  • New Discussions
  • New Groups Created
• Content
  • Total Media Files Approved

The Traffic reporting sub-tab provides trended, summary and detail reporting for:

Pages

• Total Page Views
• Home Page
• MyHome Page
• Play Pages
• Full Comments Pages
• List Pages
• Message Board Pages
• Groups Pages
• Chat Pages
• Custom Pages Viewed
• Member Join Page
• Member Login Page
• Member Forgot Password Page

Video

• Total Videos Viewed

Widgets & Feeds

• Widget Views
• Classic Widget Views (these are legacy widgets)
• Total Feed Requests

Community

The Community reporting sub-tab provides trended, summary and detail reporting for:

• Members
  • New Registrations
  • New Friendings
  • Median Age
  • Males
  • Females
  • Unspecified Gender
  • Enabled
  • Disabled
  • Blocked
• Message Board
  • New Forums
  • New Discussions
  • New Messages
  • Flagged Discussions
  • Flagged Messages
• Groups
  • Disabled Groups
  • New Group Members

Content

The Content reporting sub-tab provides trended, summary and detail reporting for:

• Sets Created
• Video Files Uploaded
• Audio Files Uploaded
• Photos Uploaded
• Text Blogs Posted
• Video Blogs Posted
• Audio Blogs Posted
• Custom Pages Created
• Total Media Files Approved
• Total Media Files Rejected
• Total Media Files Flagged

Export

Every page within the KIT Cloud Social Reporting Suite allows you to export data into an Excel file format. Click the link at the top right to export any given report.
